Vintage 1990's blue leopard print dress. Includes a matching high rise thong. This dress has elastic straps criss cross and tied at back (this way, it can adjust the length of shoulder straps) and can be worn many different ways. Brand new with original tags!

Measurements: Measures approximately 12" from armpit to armpit (when closed at back.) Dress measures from top of bra to hem is approximately 23" long. The matching panties waist stretches from approximately 24" to 30".
